Goodbye people

Hey friends, I will no longer post anything on this blog anymore.
My new blog now is http://brendalim89.wordpress.com/. The blog looks rather simple right now as I do not have time (and probably don't have the mood) to change it's layout.
Shall update and take care people. <3

Summer

Summer is
the season to fall in love,
fall out of love,
get heart broken,
get ready for the new academic year,
and start burying your head with your notes.
And I guess this summer is gonna be the same again.

When I open my eyes every morning, I can't stop thinking what happened one year ago. I can't stop thinking how he kisses me softly on my forehead every morning at the breakfast table when I'm still in my sleepy mode. The cup of tea was sweet even though I did not add sugar in it (or probably the pastry was too sweet la. Haha) Yet I didn't treasure those moments. And I know I'll never able to get them back once more.

Joshua's conclusion

Joshua came out to the conclusion that chemical engineers can't draw maps.

Nariza's map looks like a pipeline. Probably she's drawing a plant instead of a map.

The map I drew for him lead him to middle of no where instead of my house. =p

P/S: I used the word "pipeline" instead of "passage" the other night. Nariza laughed her ass off and Michelle was speechless.

Addiction

My addiction for Sudoku was loooooooooooooong gone (since 1st year 2nd sem of university). Probably the heavy workload was stopped me from solving 2-3 puzzles every night.

Summer has arrived means H-O-L-I-D-A-Y!!! YAY! But my addiction for Sudoku will never come back. Or maybe I'm too bored of solving it after solving 5 books? Ok la. However, I'm glad that I have the addiction of Words-finding puzzles. It's not too bad after all is it? And somehow it relates me to life.

Life is a piece of mess.

However, we have learnt how to search for what we want in life in this piece of mess.

The process of searching is called growing up.

Sometimes, we find it hard to find things we always wanted. But, we'll still continue finding it. This is called persistent and determination.

And when we manage to find it, we feel satisfied and contented. All the hard work along the way have been worth while.

And in life, we never cease to search.

-Brenda is signing off to look for the words that she needs to find in the puzzle. She also need to look for what she wants-

I'm back human!

I'm back people!
Why I have been MIA for so long?

  1. My laptop motherboard got overheated. Yes it got burnt. But no, I don't game at all. The total damage? RM 15xx so no, I'm not going to get back my laptop. I'm getting a brand new one. Screw HP. Any suggestion which brand to get?
  2. It's the most dreadful period of my life. 2nd year of chemical engineering is plain sux. I have never been so confident that I'll fail the paper. Die la.
  3. I went to Singapore right after exam. Another no no. I almost died of boredom over there k! Mum was busy visiting relatives and imagine facing all the uncles and aunties over 50 years of age. And the worst is I don't know them and there're consider as my distant relatives?! Wtf. I wanted to go Clarke Quay and because all those uncles aunties queing up to treat us dinner so in the end I didn't get to go. OMG. I felt like I'm 10 years older after being with them for 3 full days.

P/S: On the positive side, I got myself and Ipod Touch at 50% discount for God-knows-what-reason. Just got it for fun. Haha. Besides that, I get to keep my eyes open by checking out those sexylicious cars on the road. Hey, some guys are quite hot too! ;)

So yes! I'm officially free now! Anybody wanna date me out? Oh wait. You gotta pick me up from my house cos my driving license has expired. Gonna renew it in a couple of days more. And Aussie people, I'm waiting for you all to come back. Please come back soooooooooooon!!! I'm gonna miss you all heaps!

Sorry la, didn't take any pictures in S'pore. I guess you guys don't wanna see those uncles and aunties right? Ok, shall update more soon.

XOXO

2nd year chemical engineering

I believe. Wait. I am very sure, here and the list that what 2nd year chemical engineering students of Taylor's University College, 2009 hate the most:-

  1. Fins (Mass, Heat and Momentum Transfer-A)
  2. Languir Isotherm (Reactor and Catalysis)
  3. Fluidisation (Reactor and Catalysis)
  4. Trial and error method (Pross Integration and Unit Operation)
  5. The Solid-solid mixing experiment -1st sem (Imagine couting at least 90 scoops of sago! What you think?!)
  6. The auto-titration experiment ( The experiment that most group has to continue after Dr Singaram's class)
  7. The whole freaking subject of Process Control

The list above is just what most hate. As for me, I hate far more things than the list. Why la why I'm stuck in middle of no where?

Finals is approaching, and my progressment is like negligible. Die la die. And everything is so hard, even filling up the application form to Bham is also hard. Zzz.
